You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including recipient name, address, phone number, company name, suite or unit number, building access details, delivery instructions, and any other information needed to complete delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed because of inaccurate information, recipient unavailability, restricted access, refusal of delivery, age verification failure, or other issues outside our control, additional fees, delays, substitutions, redelivery limits, cancellation, or loss of product value may apply.
